Member for Hume Angus Taylor said Federal funding will elevate Narellan Sports Hub to become Hume’s premier sports precinct.

“Great news that Camden Council’s masterplan for Stage 2 of the Narellan Sports Hub is now complete.

“More design work will be underway in coming months on a huge new athletics facility, an extended international rugby league field, a new cycling and walking track and 1000 carparking spaces.

“There will also be 14 new netball courts, in addition to the 30 already here, which I was delighted to talk about at the Gala Parade to kick off the Camden District netball season for 2019.

“These will be incredible facilities, attracting some outstanding competitors and events for the region. It’s another great investment in the Camden community and in our local sportsmen and women.”
