The pandemic continues to provide many challenges.

But compared to most countries, Australia is in a strong position.

Over 54 million vaccine doses have now been administered and Australia now has one of the highest vaccination rates in the world.

Our economy is recovering, and unemployment is at its lowest level since 2008.

There are over 220,000 apprentices in training, the highest number on record.

We are making record investments in hospitals and Medicare and Telehealth has been made permanent, giving Australians another way to access healthcare.

And $7 million Australians are getting $2,000 or more of tax relief (compared to 2017-18).
